I recently stayed at Sangchan for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The property was clean and well-maintained. I loved that every bed had a personal fan, ensuring a comfortable sleep. In the morning, they provided coffee and crackers, a lovely touch. The location was ideal, within walking distance from the Harbour drop off point. It was central enough to be close to the main walking street, yet far enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The manager, Mama, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. She felt like a friend and even helped us book activities for our next trip. Lastly, the dorm rooms were a fun experience as everyone was friendly and enjoyed hanging out together. I met some amazing people and highly recommend this place.

I had an incredible stay at this hostel! The location was perfect, being close to the pier and main street but still in a quiet area. The dorm room was top-notch, with comfortable beds that had curtains, lights, sockets, and even an extra fan. The hostel provided small lockers and storage space under the bed. The toilets were always clean. The staff, especially the woman at the reception, were the friendliest and most helpful people I've met. Plus, there were two adorable cats that added to the cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The common area was cozy, making it easy to connect with other travelers. I even made new friends who I'm still traveling with. The location was excellent, close to the walking street and beaches. The owner went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided free water and coffee.

We had a fantastic time at Sangchan Hostel in Koh Lipe! The location was perfect, situated between Pattaya and Sunrise beach, just off the lively walking street. It was great to be within walking distance of the beautiful beaches and the many tropical bars on the island. We were able to meet and connect with a mix of families, mature travelers, and other like-minded individuals. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to organize dinners and social outings. we felt right at home during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time on Koh Lipe.

My wife says that it would be great if the hostel had a designated play area or activities for children.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sangchan. The owner was incredibly sweet and understanding when my phone broke and I couldn't withdraw money. She even let me stay for five nights without any hassle. The hostel itself was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect, tucked away in small alleys but still close to the main attractions. I also enjoyed eating at the cheap and delicious banana leaf restaurant nearby. I would highly recommend Sangchan to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly place to stay.
